Dr Soifer was the kindest, most attentive, most brilliant doctor my family could have hoped for to care for my ailing father. From the time he had to begin dialysis at age 80 to his death at 88, Dr Soifer took time to answer my many questions, often calling me back at 8 pm after a long long day.... When at the Rogers Park clinic he would have conversations with my dad and is viewed to this day as a real friend. 11 stars
