I saw Dr. Dominguez at Alaska Regional Hospital in December of 2024 for a possible airway blockage that turned out to be Uvulitis. After a lifetime of doctor visits, my visit with Dr. Dominguez was a standout event in terms of medical knowledge, patient care, and, most critically at the time, the effort and time spent to address concerns. I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Dominguez' care and interest in determining my problem, identifying treatment, and easing my mental concerns. I suppose people don't plan on or choose an ER team or Doctor, but if that were the case, Dr. Dominguez would get my unreserved and unqualified recommendation.
