I made the appointment with the IR hospital. Relatively no wait time for the appointment. The staff was very good at explaining the prep with written instructions. Dr. Golden was thorough, had eye contact instead of looking at the computer. He explained everything. Day of procedure, he was professional, kind, and talked afterwards. No complaints of any kind.
