What n amazing doctor. My sister went in for a follow up, sa she had a bled in her brain. Dr. Osterass was so kind, listened to my sister who has trouble finding her words, but that did not stop him from listening.. he kept quiet while she tried, and did explain herself, it took awhile, but he was patient. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor with kindness, patience and understanding, and I would think that would be EVERYONE. God bless you for your kindness and for your parents, what a wonderful upbringingSusan
