Dr. Kubik has done 3 surgeries with my shoulders: 2 clean-ups of bones spurs multiple years ago plus most recently a reverse total shoulder replacement. Excellent surgeon as I was able to return to a more activity life afterwards on all 3, but what I like most is he listens before examing and then presents Pro & Con of his recommendations so I could make an informed decision about potential recommended next step or procedure. Makes you feel part of the decision cycle.
