My daughter was Dr Mickas patient in John Muir NICU years ago. To date, this man is the best doctor I have ever come across. He is patient, kind, understanding. He would take the time in his busy day to come in, sit down, and answer/explain any question I have. No matter how sleep deprived, repetitive, not making sense my questions were. My daughter spent 2 months in the NICU, he was always kind, made time, and helped in any way he could. He advocated for my daughter when I didn't have a clue, what to do or where to turn. He is a gem!
