Patient Reviews
Sep 25, 2023
I had a Schwannoma – tumor, which was developing on my thigh's main sciatic nerve for many years, and was growing. I saw some other doctors and surgeons, and was fortune enough that one of them (Dr. Jeff Tucker) recommended me see Dr. Nickolas Reimer. From the very first day after seeing this incredibly honest, humble and compassion doctor and his team I feel myself in good and reliable hands. He explained all the danger and possible outcome of the surgery to me and my husband without any rush or pressure. I read many publications about schwannoma after diagnosis and was sure that would not be able to use my sciatic nerve in full extend. Dr. Remer literally saved my sciatic nerve!I am 80 years old, in two weeks after surgery I was walking 5 miles a day and working out in full strength in gym. He is not only a very competent and caring doctor he is a top-notch surgeon. I and my husband very much recommend Dr. Reimer to everybody! Nelya and Boris Okun

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
