Please make sure Dr Maronian sees this: She did a radical throat cancer (stage4) surgery on John Glass, almost 12 years ago. He is still living although still on peg tube. The shelf she created in his throat gave him a voice thru vibration but it didn't close off his throat so he could swallow. Good news for her it is now working after a hospital stay in AZ they tested and he is able to turn and swallow soft foods successfuly. I'm so sure she would love to hear that she was a sucess?? John
