When I first took my little 89 year old mother to Dr. Grous, mother was concerned, confused and not wanting to go. Dr. Grouse was so amazing with her. She made her feel at ease right away totally explaining everything as to why mother was there to see her. She carefully and thoroughly answered every one of mothers questions. She is amazing! So loving, caring and respectful of how one feels coming into the office. Now mother looks forward to going to see 'the sweet one'!! Thanks so much!
