I went to Memorial urgent care due to a laceration in my left palmer hand. Dr Higgs greeted me professionally and with a beautiful smile. She then asked me what happened; I proceeded to tell her what caused the laceration. She then took the bandage off that covered my wound, looked at it and with confidence said, 'I got you.' She the talked/ walked me through every step of process down to the last stitch BTW: I needed stitches. Dr Higgs is/ was awesome!
