I met with Dr. Oberfoell for sleep difficulties, after trying all of the best practices in sleep hygiene. Dr. Oberfoell was an exceptional listener, taking time to carefully hear what I'd tried, my preferences, and what I was hoping to achieve (beyond just sleeping better!). Together, we designed a care plan that I felt comfortable with, all while she shared more about why she was making the recommendations she did. While I felt in the driver's seat the whole time, it was also evident that she was making informed recommendations based on my unique needs. It's rare to find such competence and compassion - thank you Dr. O!
