My experience is exactly the opposite of the negative review here. Dr Pilz has been my primary care physician for several years now and I always find her interested and caring. She always addresses my concerns and makes referrals as necessary. Her advise is well considered and helpful. Some of the reviewers complaints are not in Dr. Pilz' control. The Ann Arbor VA Medical Center is an outstanding facility. Nurses are far more caring than other facilities I have experienced, including 'civilian' ones. Like nearly all medical facilities today they are over-stretched and non-critical appointments sometimes have a long wait time. However in my experience, critical issues are expedited as necessary. Considering the alternatives available to me, Ann Arbor Medical Center is my first choice.
