We have seen Dr. Goyal for my son's chronic health issues since 2021. Dr. Goyal is thorough, caring, and compassionate. She takes the time to develop a holistic approach to her work, which is important - particularly when confronting rare disorders/conditions. Often specialists ask a very targeted series of leading questions and fail to listen or look beyond that. This restrictive approach prevents/delays the diagnosis of rare/less common issues and is exceedingly frustrating for families who see multiple specialists who all have tunnel vision and fail to collaborate. We really appreciate Dr. Goyal's holistic approach and genuine care for our child's health and well being regardless of whether his conditions fall within her sub-specialty.
