I visited Dr. Patel for food allergy testing ordered by my gastro doctor. I have Eosinophilic Esophagitis which is related to certain foods. Dr. Patel asked excellent questions, listened carefully to my answers, and answered all of my questions clearly and in a way understandable to a layman. I can't stress enough how impressed I was even though she basically sentenced me to a life of bland and boring foods.
