I found Dr. Cramer to be extremely competent and friendly. I had two teeth extracted with minimal discomfort. I saw complaints about her causing a lot of pain and not seeming to care. Any shot in the roof of the mouth is going to be painful. I believe Dr. Cramer and her staff did everything possible to make the procedure as pain free and unitimidating. The entire office was cheerful and genuinely seemed to care about the patient.
