She's intelligent and knowledgeable but one gets the impression that she doesn't appreciate to be questioned a lot. For patients who are may not understand their situation right away or patience who may be uptight, I think she loses patience and comes across annoyed. That can be a deterrent from wanting to see her. Many a time you're not seeing her, you are seeing the PA she has who works in the office.
