My United Health Care Health Insurance, sent me online to AMWELL , they after hearing the issue, referred me to Dr Niti Vaid to resolve a prescription issue. She put at me at ease, and very understanding. I give her an excellent review, she was very good to listen to the issue, asked the important question, checked online too my prescription history, and after less than an hour, on the phone& PC, refiled my RX. Thank you much Dr Vaid. And than you AMWELL too.
