I was having severe throat problems that have existed for over six months now. I was a bit irritated when I came in because the previous physician had misdiagnosed my condition. Dr. Yo was calm and attentive to me while I explained my situation. She perused my charts and came up with a plan to assist me immediately. I received a call later from her office checking with me and letting me know they had not gotten my results back from the test administered. I commend her for how she treated me and handled my situation.
