I've been so fortunate to have had Dr. Polack as our pediatrician since the birth of my eldest, now almost 20! As a mother, her presence has been a true blessing. She has expertly guided us through numerous health concerns, always providing care and clear explanations of our options. Her extensive knowledge is evident, and she has consistently avoided unnecessary vaccinations or overprescribing medications. In emergencies, she has acted swiftly and with the utmost attention. Despite differing opinions in other reviews, I've never encountered rudeness from any healthcare staff, including the front desk or billing personnel. Whenever I've needed a form completed or a referral, their responses have been prompt and courteous. Dr. Polack also has wonderful practice partners, with whom we've felt equally comfortable. Nonetheless, my kids have always had a special fondness for her and would often inquire if they would be seeing Dr. Polack. I highly recommend her and Progressive Pediatrics!
