WOW some of these reviews are wild! BABIES DO NOT CARE ABOUT SCHEDULES! While Dr. Firozbachts office is definitely chaotic and will leave you frustrated if you go in expecting to be in and out in an hour (hint- you will NOT). Plan on your appointment taking a minimum of 2 hours, take a book, a drink and some snacks, enjoy the quiet time away from your kids. The woman delivers babies for a living, they don't care about her schedule, or yours. That said, this woman saved my life and my sons. She was NOT MY doctor when I went in to deliver my son. My doctor had an emergency and left after breaking my water and she took over. I 1000% believe that had she not taken over my son or I or maybe both wouldn't have survived. So clear your schedule and wait for the lady, she's worth it. And her staff care about you. They know me by name 10 years later, I call and they know who I am. They ask about my kids and my husband. Once you establish a relationship with this office it is a wonderful experience. And while she might miss your appointment and push you to her NP (who is also great) - you can believe she will show up for you when you are in labor, because she will push someone else off on her NP to be there for you. I will always recommend and sing her praises.
