I was distraught at seeing the scale numbers had increased from my previous visit and she was very patient centered in her focus on how I actually feel and how I am fit and healthy, helping me to focus less on the scale and more on accurate measures of health and wellness. I am an RN and I know this can be a rare find in the healthcare industry. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
