Upon going to St. Vincent via ambulance I was assigned to Dr. Pappas. I was in AFIB, my heart was shocked and I had blockages. Dr. Pappas inserted one stent, I still have two other blockages for future stenting, along with other concerns. I am too high risk for open heart. I am in Cardiac Rehab now and will continue with Dr. Pappas in the future. He is excellent in his field and very personable. I would highly recommend him. I had no pain, therefore did not know I was having a heart attack.
