Dr. Ayala is very polite, and conscientious and has bent over backwards to help me. Things started rough as my insurance company denied an MRI or CAT scan. But we stayed with it and finally got approval. Once we got the CAT results and determined they could help me I got some diagnostic shots in my back and neck followed by radiofrequency ablation. All of the procedures went without a hitch. All appointments were on time, the staff treated me great and now I feel like more than just a patient. I highly recommend Dr. Ayala.
