Dr El Shamy was incredibly humble and intentional with my father's care, and was able to explain everything with a lot of respect and patience in a way that was extremely helpful. He also helped us navigate through complicated hospital procedures/processes to ensure that we wouldn't be inconvenienced later on. Would highly recommend him!
