My father don't have a good Insurance, he only had The Medical reform in PR, wich Dr Ortiz Don't accept, but he accept my father as a patien giving us a nice Discount. Jose A Sanchez Arroyo is the patien he is now in USA with me looking for better Benefits. Thank You! Dr Ortiz!
