I have a complicated neurological history. I saw most all of the neurologists in the Kingsport area. Dr Krcal was the first one who actually LISTENED to me. He is great to call you directly if you need him. He particularly follows up by coordinating care with my PCP and any specialist he refers to you. He is patient, thorough and professional. His office staff are all wonderful.
