DR. Mejia is a great surgeon. He did not hurry into a surgery. He sent me to physical therapy first and a few other alternatives before considering surgery. After first completing everything else we decided it was definitely needed in order to live a better quality life. He is a solid doctor. Great bedside manner, knowledgeable, explains everything well. Doesn’t hurry you like many doctors do nowadays. He lets you speak, he listens well and takes the time to answer your questions. I had surgery several weeks ago and I’m doing great so far. No infection, no problem whatsoever and yes, this was a pretty major foot and ankle surgery. I’m so thankful we found DR. Mejia.
