Dr Yam was so patient, had great bedside manner, and truly listened and addressed all of our questions/concerns thoroughly. We were assigned to him and made an hour long drive to visit with him during an urgent situation with my daughter. He really went above and beyond to try to figure out my child’s case and ensure her recovery. His knowledge, thoroughness and communication skills were great that if we weren’t already happy with our pediatrician, I would gladly switch my child over and drive an hour each way so he could be my kid’s pediatrician. Highly, highly recommend him to anyone.
