Kind, compassionate and competent. Everything you want in a surgeon. Dr. Nelson not only did a beautiful job on my carpal tunnel surgery, he helped me cope with the claustrophobia I sometimes experience during medical procedures. Along with the physician's assistant, Hannah, Dr. Nelson calmly explained what I would feel during this wide-awake surgery. No judgements. Just compassion and honesty.
