Dr. McClelland is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is so kind and nurturing. She explains everything she is doing and all the options very clearly. She is very gentle and is always aware of your comfort level. I recently had to have a root canal and tooth extraction with her. For the root canal, I was preparing for the worst based on what people had told me and the stigma on them. Surprisingly, the procedure was much shorter than I expected and completely painless. I had absolutely no pain after the procedure. I’ve had cavity filings that were worse than this root canal. And, during the procedure, Dr. McCLelland laid a blanket on me for extra comfort. She’s also incredibly sweet and remembers details about your life, which is such a nice refreshing touch for doctors instead of getting right into the nitty gritty. For example, she remembered my wedding and date when I came back for my cleaning.
