I treated with Dr. Kogulan for diabetic foot ulcers about 5 years ago. He got me in right away. Ordered blood work. Determined the best antibiotics to combat the infections that had set in. Started the antibiotics at Covenant and then followed up with me until the infections were eradicated and I was back on my way to having the wounds heal. I would return to him in a heartbeat were I to have another problem with infection.
