I feel like it’s so hard to get providers to really listen to your concerns especially as it relates to complex kiddos. Dr. Soriano did an extraordinary job providing quality care for my sick kid and she believed me completely about his medical complexities and she took it into consideration when treating him. What a relief to find a provider that really does care about not just the physical wellbeing of your child, but also their mental health, especially in the ED.
