I called Dr. Incampo's office on a Friday as a new patient with a bit of an urgent situation, and had the absolute pleasure of talking with Kim about my situation. She was SO kind and determined to help me even though I could hear phones ringing off the hook on her end. I ended up having several conversations with several dental offices that morning and the service she provided was just in a different category altogether. She'll never know how much her compassion meant to me in a stressful time and I can't thank her enough.
