I was so impressed with this office. It was one of the best medical appointments I've ever had. Every staff who I encountered were smiling and welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. My PCP referred me here because I was having unusual, severe chest pains. I had an electrocardiogram (EKG) and the female tech was very sweet and funny and made me feel 100% at ease throughout the process. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and it still makes me smile to think of how well I was treated here! In my history of medical appointments with most doctors, there is usually some torture of waiting for 1.5 to 4 hours and feeling forgotten about. I had an echocardiogram on a following visit and that went efficiently as well. I also met Dr. Parham Parto, who was just as welcoming and attentive as his staff. Too bad he is a specialist and not a PCP!
