I met Dr. Najafi in 2015 and have seen her every six months since the initial visit. My blood pressure was in the hypertension category, my cholesterol was over 400, and I was overweight. I'm now sixty two and if I hadn't met Dr. Najafi, I would probably be in very poor health; but she turned all of my bad numbers and habits around. My blood pressure is around 128/80 everyday, with my bad cholesterol under 200; and i'm continuing to eat better and lose weight. I won't go to any other doctor!
