Dr. Shannon performed a Nerve Conduction Study (NCS) and Electromyography (EMG). She thoroughly explained every step of the procedure, warning when a part of it might be uncomfortable or painful (it wasn't). As she collected data, she explained what she was seeing and helped me understand the causes of the problems I was having with my hand.Dr. Shannon was pleasant and professional throughout the procedure. I highly recommend her!
