I have been going to Dr. Bales since I was 12 years old. And I wouldn't change that if I could. She is as flexible as anyone could ever want her to be. Very friendly. Always looked out for me to get the most out of my insurance. Has kids toys in the waiting area so my daughter wasn't bored or getting into things while Bales got my teeth looking right. Quickly too! I was amazed how well she could make my smile look in such short time. Honest too. I went to a couple big name dentist offices here in Cedar Rapids and they tried to say I ground my teeth, that I needed this expensive mouthpiece, or bad things were going to happen. Uh, no, no I did NOT need the mouthpiece etc. Very down to earth, honest, good at what she does dentistry is all I ever got.
