Dr. Kozuch took me on as a complex patient in 2009 and did not stop thinking and weighing my options until we found a treatment plan that worked. She is an active listener & includes you in the plan of care. She is caring ,thoughtful, and well educated in her field, and works well to communicate to other physicians in my care team to provide the best outcome for me.
