Dr. Lugar is one of the best doctors at Duke. She is very responsive to patients, she listens, and is very knowledgeable in her area of expertise. She really does care about her patients, which is rare to find these days, and works hard to find the best treatments for the conditions. She doesn't just hand out medications to see if it fixes the problem, but digs deep to find out the root cause of the problem, which helps to keep the patient healthier. She is worth the wait time!
