Dr. Song has been my PCP for the past 10 yrs. She will be retiring soon, and I will be very sad to see her leave. She is truly caring and a great listener. She doesn't strongly force any treatments or drugs but wants to guide you knowledgeably to know your best options. She has a very wholistic approach and respects a patient's desire to seek valid alternative medicine treatment. She has been very supportive of me through some very troubling periods of physical and psychological suffering. She is very prompt in her responses to your concerns outside of an office visit, and, her staff offer a very well coordinated office experience. A very humble and wise woman - an awesome PCP !
