Dr. Kwan helped me immensely several years ago for my spinal pain. I've seen a few other anesthesiologists over the years and NO one has helped. Only Dr. Kwan was able to help with his precise epidurals. He is amazingly talented and I'm hopeful that he will consent to see me once again.
