I am a 63 yo physician who had severe BPH with a prostate too large (66 g) for most transurethral procedures. Dr Huddleston performed HoLEP laser enucleation transurethrally in April. I went home the same evening with little pain and had a quick recovery. Minor leakage for just 6 weeks afterward. A terrific result.
