Dr Lynch and his ER team and Dr Benton and his team at West Pavillion at Yale New Haven Health Bridgeport Hospital Milford Campus were amazing with my mom. My mom has Alzheimer's and dementia and I am her full time caregiver at home. Unfortunately she had a strong amount of vomiting and diarrhea that required her to go to the ER and then ultimately have a stay at the hospital to check her through the process of antibiotics for UTI, liquid diet, aspiration pneumonia, speech tests, and just rest. Dr Benton was clear and communicated throughout the process. He explained what was happening throughout the process and how he wanted to take precautions to make sure my mom was ok before we went home. After a few days of treatment she is so much better and even seems better than she's been at home so she really needed this care. I am overly grateful for the entire staff including Dr Benton and trust his care.
