Saw Dr. O'Connell when he worked for Duke. As he admits, he did have a reputation for running late on his schedule. But when it happened, I was ok with it because I knew a patient was getting the help they needed, and I Dr. O'Connell would spend the time to make sure I got the help I needed. After being frustrated with the current system, I looked up Dr. O'Connell and plan to visit his new practice.
