This is the first male physician that listens without making me feel as if being labeled. He listens to my symptoms as well as my assumptions. He then comes up with test, meds, advice and/or the appropriate diagnosis that works. He also has a nurse / assistant name Kourtney that’s excellent. Her attitude alone makes my day. She’s a great communicator and know exactly what to do. She’s follow-up and follow-through. When she says, I’ll call you back. She does. Sometimes, it’s not the doctor but his staff that makes us dislike the physician due to bad service. Together, these two alone help changed my medical condition as well as my attitude to a positive outlook. Thank you both.
