I saw Dr. Kicker 1 August at Texas Tech Physicians of El Paso, Transmountain facility for the first time. He was familiar with the records from my previous physician. He also read my medical history and introduction which I provided since it was our first appointment. He put me at ease talking common likes, experiences and places lived. We discussed my history and previous treatments. He listened to my inputs and referred me to an allergist and ENT for further evaluation at my request. He was thorough and clear in our discussions. He didn't talk over my head using lots of technical medical information. He listened to my lungs.
