Dr. Paul Cabral is a phenomenal doctor. I can’t express how thankful my husband and I are for meeting him. I was in search of a doctor to deliver our twins last year. I at first wanted a midwife, as our first son was delivered through a midwife without all the “medicall stuff”. I really desired to have a home birth. However, being a twin pregnancy, it was high risk, therefore our best option was to deliver with a doctor. Dr. Cabral had previously performed a procedure on me after I had experienced my third loss. He was comforting and was the only doctor to make time in his schedule to see me ASAP. Prior to our final decision of choosing a doctor for our twin birth, we plastered him with a list of questions (interview style) and explained what we desired for the birth, which was to keep it as natural as possible. Dr. Cabral listened and took everything into consideration, agreeing to go along for the ride while also stating some hard boundaries he had, all which were completely fair. Every appointment, my list of questions grew. As busy of a Dr. he is, he never ever made us feel rushed and always spent ample time making sure we were comfortable with the plan. When contacting him with questions during my pregnancy, his responses were extremely prompt. If he had any concern, he didn’t waiver but instead took a conservative approach. During the labor, he again stayed extremely patient with my ever demanding asks and acted as a friend instead of a harsh Dr. He also made himself available for multiple days in a row to make sure he was the Dr. to deliver our babies. He made smart decisions during the birth to ensure our babies were born safety and did everything possible to stray from a c-section. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cabral, he was a light during the pregnancy and a true comfort during labor and delivery. He’s a doctor who is compassionate and listens to his patients requests. Our twin delivery was beautiful and I would choose him again if I had to do it over. If anyone is looking for a compassionate doctor who listens and is extremely knowledgeable, he’s the guy.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
