He is a top rate neurologist, kind and caring. After I underwent brain tumor surgery, I was diagnosed with having mini-strokes by a neurologist. I had Dr Garcia give a second opinion, and based on the CT scan done by the first neurologist he was able to differentiate between a stroke and a seizure, and diagnosed seizures. He prescribe anti-seizure meds for a month or so, and I have never had another seizure. He's my hero!
