One year ago a really great thing happened for me. I saw a wonderful physician Dr. Paul Brown (Rhumatologist) who FINALLY gave me the diagnosis I’ve been chasing down & begging for at least 8 years. RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis). Since then I have been able to get on medications to improve my quality of life. Love that man and will be forever greatfull !?? Dr. Brown is a very kind man who obviously cares about his patients; as well as being an incredible physician.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
