patient since 1997. bipolar. board certified which means a lot. exceptional expertise. caring and personable. wait times long but worth it. he takes the time necessary to get to the heart of the matter. had a sleep disorder. my sleep doctor effectively abandoned me after giving me the usual tests. dr. b knew all about sleep problems and helped me cope. he even had a form for tracking sleeping habits. this coming from a psych was very impressive. highly recommended
